How confidential is a screening, really?
Screening results are shared only with you, or with anyone you explicitly authorize in writing, such as an employer for a workplace-mandated test. We never disclose results to a third party without that authorization, except where the law requires it.
Can I stop a screening partway through?
Yes. Where a screening is not legally mandated, participation is voluntary at every stage, and you can withdraw before the sample is processed without any effect on your access to our other services.
What happens after a forensic report is submitted?
Once a report is submitted to the requesting party, our examiners remain available for clarifying questions, deposition, or courtroom testimony if the matter proceeds to trial.
