Confidentiality and voluntary participation
Every conversation, assessment and follow-up session stays between you and your assigned counsellor. We do not share details with employers, schools or family members without written consent, except where the law requires disclosure.
Participation is always voluntary. You can pause, decline a session or step away from the programme at any point, and doing so will never affect your access to other services we offer.
Programmes are tailored to the setting, whether that is a one-on-one conversation with a parent, a workplace awareness session, or ongoing support for someone newly in recovery.
